Specialist experience

All of our providers are qualified and have over 3 years’ relevant experience. Providers receive specialist training on how to deliver therapy online as well as ongoing clinical supervision and skills development. All of our providers are licensed therapists, with at least a Masters level degree.

Constantly improving

Our quality of care is closely monitored, and we are constantly improving our service. Each provider has continuous professional development (CPD) targets, goals and learning outcomes which are managed with their supervisor. Supervision, as well as training, is used to enhance the provider’s clinical skills. We also have an appraisal process in place to review progress.

Flexible scheduling

Our providers schedule appointments at times that suit you. The most popular appointment times are between 5pm and 11pm. You remain with the same therapist for the duration of your therapy.
